Overview

Participants will gain tools and checklists to prepare a succinct briefing that is convincing and achieves the key objective. Participants will gain tips to analyze the audience and their information needs and address them directly. The structure of the briefings will focus on addressing three questions in the listeners' minds: What? So what? and Now what? This workshop can concentrate on either written or verbal briefings.

Who will benefit from this workshop

This workshop is designed for officers, analysts, specialists, and others at the EC-2 to EC-6 levels or equivalent who are responsible for providing verbal briefings to managers and senior executives.
